I have nothing against this type of development but in general do not agree with the choices they make sure designers when they are working on new development.
In new homes but also in the new apartment, everything is small, against and in my opinion also unhealthy, even make Bedrooms and bathrooms with no windows!
all boils down to the fact that the design choices, are turning to the portfolio and see if it is always that of the designers and developers. The size of the establishments
