Coatings completely redone, hardwood floors that did not leave much hope, a roof and ceiling spread with mats made of reeds plastered (in Gorizia is called "gresiola).
To facilitate the work I started from the ceilings, with a tow I first made a hole about 50 cm which then, by levering with the claw and the pick, I did release all the nails that supported the ceiling. And by powder and dust, the ceiling fell down without too many problems, highlighting the beautiful beams supporting the floors upstairs.

plasters due to the demolition came down like butter because of their thickness of 3-4 cm on average, then I found out the reason of such measures, the stone walls in this house are unlikely to lead!
E'venuta then the turn of floors: in the kitchen had been carried out on a floor beams and wooden planks made from concrete cast on tar paper. We took everything that was able to recover only five beams that were ruined in the end parts for later use elsewhere.
In the attic entrance was entirely of wood; here we saved from demolition five beams.
In the other two rooms on the ground floor that would then form the living room, the floor was completely demolished and disposed of.
